NON NURSING DEPUTY MANAGER - Maycroft Residential Care:We are seeking an experienced Non Nursing Deputy Manager to join the team at Maycroft Residential Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Manager and helping to ensure that the home meets all regulatory and quality standards.Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable environment for residents.Ensure all care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.Provide support to staff in carrying out their duties.Maintain accurate records of resident care plans, medication administration records, incident reports etc.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare settingExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of healthcare regulations and standardsAbility to work effectively with diverse populationsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
