Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Columbus, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall well-being through effective therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Responsibilities:Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans and providing therapeutic interventions.Monitor and document patients' progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, ensuring equipment is in proper working order.Adhere to all regulatory and company policies and procedures.Requirements:Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current Georgia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Schedule:Part-time, flexible hours.
