The Role

Deliver exceptional, evidence-based clinical care within the defined scope of practice.
Foster a culture of continual enhancement by overseeing services and practices, and taking charge of policy and process development.
Supervise and guide junior medical personnel to achieve the best possible results.
Ensure smooth patient flow is maintained in a predictable manner.
Uphold high standards of care in the least restrictive environment possible.
Follow organizational policies and procedures conscientiously.
