Job Description:The post holder will work as a member of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.The post holder will support other teams as needed.The post holder will provide a comprehensive and high-quality OT and care management to patients with simple to complex needs within the intermediate care units and within the community.The post holder will be actively involved in team and service developments with the support of line manager.To develop strong working relationships within the multidisciplinary team.To provide supervision to band 5 OT(s), Rehabilitation Assistants and OT students whilst on placement in the service.To be actively involved in Continuing Professional Development.To be involved in caseload management with varied patients who have mobility, musculoskeletal, cognitive and neurological problems.Note:Community Occupational Therapist required to provide assessment and rehabilitation in patients homes across the Liverpool footprint.DBS required.Needs to be HCPC registered
