The Role Staff specialist to join on a permanent full time (80hr per fortnight). Join a vibrant, supportive and collaborative team. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team of endocrinology, respiratory, infectious disease, oncology, neurology, nephrology, acute medicine and working in close partnership with ED, ICU and Cardiology.

The Facility The hospital has recently undergone a significant $408 million renovation and expansion, which has doubled the number of beds to over 300 and increased the size by 40,000m2. This expansion includes a new Emergency Department. The hospital is now a state-of-the-art, fully modern facility and one of Australia's largest regional healthcare facilities. Additionally, the hospital is accredited for training with several colleges and provides a wide range of specialist services to the local community, including Emergency Department (ED), Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G), Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Anaesthetics, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care, Psychiatry, Aged Care, Renal Medicine, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Ophthalmology, Palliative Care, and Day Surgery.
The Requirements
AHPRA Registration or eligible for AHPRA Registration
Fellowship or eligibility for Fellowship via the substantial comparability pathway of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP).
