As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical leadership to empower a passionate team, supporting clinicians of all levels to drive a culture of excellence and facilitate best practice. You will continue to support clients with a manageable clinical caseload, whilst providing leadership to the team using your skills and expertise to develop others.

Key Responsibilities:

As a clinical team leader your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage a discipline specific caseload
  • Provide leadership and clinical supervision to our team of occupational therapists, to support the development of their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Support the clinical team and oversee activity to achieve best practice, quality and compliance and KPI's
  • Development of clinic resources to ensure best practice standards and ongoing continuous quality improvement
  • Escalate and provide feedback to the Practice Principal and Regional Manager, at both a local and national level regarding the needs of the team

What do you need to join?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Experienced Senior Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a difference and developing | leading a growing team
  • Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Compliance – AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle
