Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and symptom control.

• Educate clients and their families on healthcare management and promote a holistic approach to care.

• Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification with a current license to practice
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Previous experience in community nursing, home health, or a similar field is preferred.
