They are a well-equipped 5-vet small animal practice on the Central Coast within easy driving distance to both Sydney and Newcastle & the Hunter Valley, looking for a motivated & enthusiastic vet to join their team. The clinic is located in proximity to some beautiful beaches and breathtaking national parks.

Services Include : This facility is a modern 'A' Class purpose-built hospital with all the usual bells and whistles plus more, including;

  • In-house laboratory with Idexx Procyte Haematology and Catalyst One Biochemistry analyser
  • Inhouse cage-side EPOC for blood gas and coagulation (Qlabs)
  • Brand new Easote Ultrasound (purchased June 2023)
  • GTR Labs x-ray with DR digital radiography
  • Companion therapy laser

Role : This role is open to New Graduates as well as Experienced Veterinary Surgeons

Hours: Full-time hours available with a flexible roster - No Sundays or after-hours

To be successful for this position, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia
  • Strong organisational and communication skills coupled with a willingness to fit in with a diverse, enthusiastic team
  • An ability to receive feedback, be proactive in carrying out duties and shows initiative in advancing their skillset
  • A positive ‘can do’ & friendly attitude
  • A desire to grow yourself and develop your career
