Ryde Veterinary Clinic is a well equipped and purpose-built veterinary hospital boasting 2 consult rooms, treatment area, and dedicated surgical suite.

About The Role
The success of thepractice manageris driven bytheir ability to co-ordinate the business, people, operations and services of the clinic.The ideal candidate will thrive onmanaging a busy clinical setting which involves:
Overseeingall operational and people matters within the clinic and is responsible for communications, procedures and business services.
Leadingon all employee matters including recruitment,workforce planning,rosters,health andwellbeing,recognition awards,people performance,training and development.
Being highlyengaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities,clinic service streams,marketing, digital services,social media,complaintresolution and compliments.
Managingthe financial performance of the clinic,stock control,procurement,accounts, budgets, and profit and loss.
Leadingon work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
Workingclosely with the Clinical Leadersto uphold industry standards and innovation, clinical governance and strategic direction and decisions of the clinic.
Workingclosely with the Regional Manager tochampion change,improveclinic performance, drive client engagementandcreate high performing service environments.
Leadingon company initiatives, projects and technology.
Bringinga transparentleadership style focused on collaboration andengagement.
About you:
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience
Experience with practice management systemsorappointment book management skillsand are computer confident
Have strong problem solving, decision making and organisational skills
Good understanding of people and employment obligations
Good knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
A genuine love for animals and their people
Passionate about client communication and advocate patient welfare
A keen desire to deliver excellent standards of patient care and personalised customer service at all times
A team player with a healthy 'can do' attitude and enjoy being part of a positive team culture
