We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic
Clinical Consultant
to join our
Foot & Ankle
team in
NSW.This role will be split between North Sydney and Newcastle, and will be a full time, permanent position. This could suit someone living in the Central Coast who is open to commuting to Newcastle 2-3 days per week.Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most – the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of care givers.Our Clinical Consultants:Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers
Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers
Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after surgical cases
Consistently drive customer and patient satisfaction
Apply product proficiency by ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and on-label use of products
Requirements:Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to apply
Understanding of the Orthopedic theatre environment and experience with Orthopedic devices and procedures
Demonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects
Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude
Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.
You will have:Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science or Engineering.
Previous orthopaedic exposure or knowledge would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
