What’s the role?

  • Responsible for leading and managing the provision of professional services across a range of disciplines
  • Develop, promote, lead and evaluate the delivery of professional services provided by RAR Therapy
  • Lead in actioning RAR Therapy values of: Willingness; Working Together; Integrity and Courageous Wisdom
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, reporting and ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, ensuring they are receiving the highest possible level of individualised service
  • Home, school, day-care and community-based evaluations and recommendations and Allied Health Assistant program development, as well as coordinating group therapy programs as appropriate.

Is this the right role for you?

  • Formal qualifications in Occupational Therapy (with a preference for additional qualifications and/or experience in management/business)
  • Experience working with Paediatric or Adult clients
  • Passionate about delivering a high level of support to all your clients
  • High level consultation and coaching skills and relationship management skills
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus.
NT PHN/RWA NT  may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance  to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
