We are an independent, full-service, doctor owned, private practice seeking 2 associates and/or future partners. These optometrist positions are the most attractive available in Saskatoon and area. We are a six doctor practice getting by with three doctors which presents a great opportunity for the right candidate. Two full-time positions are available immediately; the locations of work and hours of work are negotiable. 1. 4d/wk in our Saskatoon Blairmore office with 1d/wk in our Outlook rural practice; 2. 3 days/wk in our Martensville practice with 2d/wk in our Rosthern medical centre practice.

$20,000 signing bonus and $160,000 annual guaranteed minimum with expected revenues of $200,000/yr. Three stage partnership plan over seven years. Immediate buy-in / buy-out options are available.

Our Saskatoon Blairmore clinic was opened in 2019 and has been designed to be the optical showcase of our practice network and the hub of niche offerings in eye care – please view our website for a look at this exceptional space. This position is ready for an engaged optometrist to steer the growth in this under-developed practice which has so much potential.

Our Martensville clinic is scheduled to be moved in 2024 into a new multidisciplinary healthcare setting and has the most established patients base. The culture of this office embodies our personal relationship objectives as we know most patients by name and from various community involvements.

Our Rosthern clinic is in a newly constructed multidisciplinary health care setting, sharing a patient waiting area, staff area and common areas with a ten doctor medical practice and four other health care disciplines.
