The Team Leader/Nurse Manager is accountable for the operational managerial and strategic leadership of a multi-disciplinary/multi-specialty community mental health team providing services to consumers within the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.

HP5 Team Leader - $5,396.60 - $5,630.00 per fortnight

NG7 Nurse Manager - $4,933.10 - $5,355.90 per fortnight

Mandatory Requirements:
