Supply Officer

The Mount Private Hospital is currently seeking a professional and customer focused Supply officer to join their busy team of professionals on a full time basis.

Reporting directly to the Supply Team Leader, this position is responsible for assisting with the supply management of the hospital. The position also includes handling supply & imprest queries as well as general duties in our logistics area.

About You

You will be a professional Officer with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric focus. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and promoting positive team culture, communicating and offering help to team members and liaising with other staff as required to create an experience that makes a difference.

 To be successful in this role, you will:

· Experience with a computerised purchasing system

· Ability to work within constraints of a set financial budget

· Good literacy and numeracy skills

· Proven time management and problem solving ability

· Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

· Ability to work with urgency and efficiency

· Previous experience in a similar role (desired) Warehousing, Inventory background will be considered

· Medical product knowledge (desired)
