The role is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care experience.

Salary - £54,600 - £58,000 per annum + NHS pension + 27 Days Annual leave + Bank holidays

Your role -

• 3 days condensed hours Paramedic Practitioner
• A mixture or telephone and face to face appointments, one day triage one day face to face
• 15 Minute appointments
• Acute, urgent on the day long-term conditions focus.
• Opportunities to develop as a clinician.
• Specialist interest in mental health would be favourable
