Tell me more... The Business Support Officer (Team Leader) will provide leadership and management to the Weipa Integrated Health Service administration team. This role will work with the Business Support Officer for the Western Leadership Team to provide effective, high-quality support to the Manager Corporate Services, Director Western of Nursing and the Director of Medical Services.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven ability to lead multidiscipline teams with members of varying capability to deliver efficient functioning of administrative services related to the position.
• Proven ability in customer service delivery.
• Knowledge and expertise in recruitment and management of workforce establishment procedures including legalisation requirements.
