We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist for our in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will work with patients to help them overcome physical, mental, or emotional barriers that affect their ability to engage in daily activities and improve their quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities.Job Overview:Conducting assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.Developing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goalsProviding therapy to improve patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and independence in daily activities.Educating patients and their families about strategies and equipment to support independence.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.Advocating for patients' rights and access to servicesWorking Hours: 5 days over 7-day period, with varying shift patterns as agreed with the manager. However, your contract will be for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and there will be abundant extra hours.Requirements: (As per below + English)Bachelors or masters degree in occupational therapy from an accredited programRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UKRelevant experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare setting for at least 4 years.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to providing patient-centred care.Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development activities.Application Process : To apply for this position, please submit your resume highlighting your qualifications and experience.
