District Nurse,  Kincardine and Mearns (Stonehaven)

Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 0830-1700 37 hours

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established and experienced community nursing team, covering the practice of Stonehaven, although may need to help within the other practices to offer support,  Portlethen, Bervie and Laurencekirk. We are looking for a District Nurse with excellent clinical skills, communication skills and evidence of caseload management experience and wishing to develop their skills further. The post holder should be innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated, and will manage a team of varying skills. You must be committed to working with the multidisciplinary team, to deliver a high standard of evidence based care to patients their relatives and carers in accordance with the NMC code of Professional Conduct, national and local policies and guidelines.
