As a Case Manager at QBE, You will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.Our Case Managers work collaboratively to grow and achieve not only for their injured workers, but for themselves. Your career at QBE — let’s make it happen!The key activities of our Case Managers Include:Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employersWork in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to workEnsure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policyDocument and apply decision-making principlesMeet and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomesWe’re all about flexibilityFrom where you work to what you wear, we trust you to focus on delivering results. The first four weeks of our Q-Start Program are focused on establishing a solid foundation for success, so during these four weeks you’ll need to attend the office regularly.
