Clinical Lead Nurse

Are you a Registered Nurse with substantial experience in dementia nursing and elderly care? Our client is on the hunt for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team. This role is based in a stunning, top-rated nursing and dementia home, close to the Northwich area of Cheshire.
This full-time position offers a salary of £46,800. You'll be working in a CQC-rated 'Good' facility, providing top-notch care to residents. The role also offers a great work-life balance, with shifts scheduled between Monday and Friday. You will work 2 x supernumerary shifts 8am - 4pm, and 2 x 12 hour clinical shifts leading on the floor from 8am-8pm - the role is to work 4 days between Monday and Friday, with flexibility required to pick up an occasional weekend day if needed

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and development of staff
  • Following up on incidents and accidents
  • Supervising on the floor
  • Managing the nursing and care team
  • Providing hands-on clinical care

  • An annual salary of £46,800
  • Full-time employment, working 40 hours per week
  • A flexible schedule, working 4 days between Monday and Friday

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse role should be:

  • An experienced RMN or RGN
  • Able to lead by example
  • Capable of making independent decisions
  • Confident in working with dementia nursing residents
