This role provides human resource advice to employees of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in accordance with the human resource industrial framework. The role will work with senior specialists in the Workforce Division on a 3-month rotation across the following teams: Workplace Relations, Workforce Advisory, Recruitment and Attraction and Workforce Capability.
This role requires the demonstrated ability to combine your lived experience as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing, doing and seeing.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
Remuneration value up to $127 235 p.a., comprising salary between $102 492 - $111 516 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Fixed term temporary position available for 12 months with possible extension).
