About you:
You are a qualified Occupational Therapist with knowledge, expertise and skill in Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention, and evaluation in the hospital & community setting, including demonstrated commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement. You have highly developed interpersonal skills, including communication and problem solving, suitable for functioning as a professional service provider in a multidisciplinary setting interacting with community agencies and external stakeholders. Experience in a cross-cultural setting is advantageous and ability, or the ability to rapidly acquire the skills to provide guidance to less experienced staff members, allied health assistants and students.

To deliver Occupational Therapy clinical services proportionate to level of skills and abilities within a variety of acute and sub-acute clinical service areas of rural Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service facilities.
