Job Description
The Queen Alexandra Hospital Emergency Department is searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team.
As a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse you will be supporting the ED Matrons in the delivery of a cost-effective service, collaborating with members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and safe care for all patients. You will have governance responsibilities and work alongside Practice Education team to facilitate change in response to incidents and feedback to all levels.
You will provide a high standard of clinical leadership and expertise, while focusing on patient safety and experience. This will incorporate the development and supervision of all staff including the Emergency Department senior nursing team.
If you have an extensive nursing leadership and management experience and passion for patient care and commitment to quality, you might be the next Emergency Department Senior Sister/Charge Nurse we are looking for!
