The role  
This role will actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and ethical behaviour.
 
Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in the management and delivery of complex, multiple concurrent project deliverables preferably in the health care industry, with the ability to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • High level knowledge and application of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ICT asset management principles and the asset management lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, manage time effectively, meet deadlines and deliver an outcome whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing needs in a busy, high-pressure environment.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills incorporating the ability to liaise and consult effectively with stakeholders within and external to QH and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated high level research, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify project issues and risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams committed to the delivery of complex project outcomes while effectively managing conflicting demands and tight timeframes.
  • Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
