The Facility: This is a 189 bed specialist teaching hospital servicing a population dispersed over 1.6 million square kilometres. This dispersion provides unique and rewarding challenges in the delivery of a range of comprehensive health services. Opened in 1977 the hospital was extensively redeveloped in 2002 with further rectification work in 2009 and is complemented by a setting of superbly designed gardens and outdoor areas
The Requirements:
Must hold specialist registration with AHPRA in Emergency Medicine.
Candidates who hold the CCST will also be considered.
Candidates who hold the ACEM college assessment with a substantially comparable outcome.
