The Client Service Officer will accurately perform payroll functions including Rostering and rostering adjustments in a timely manner; liaising with line managers where necessary, to ensure accurate data and reporting is available to line managers to enable efficient workforce management. 

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to enter data into a computerised rostering solution in an accurate and efficient manner with experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire the skills) to utilise rostering adjustment solutions.
  • Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders in a large and complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to meet established processing timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise standard business processes and apply to all work processed to ensure accurate and timely pay outcomes.
