The role
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Program Director who is driven, focused, and passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure. The Executive Program Director will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that drives program wide outcomes. This role will require you to deliver program wide improvements across all planning and delivery phases as an eminent practitioner.
You will have extensive, and highly regarded stakeholder management skills with the ability to oversee, advise and collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams. Your role will involve aspects of being the key interface with the health service provider and industry as needed as well as briefing and advising senior Health Capital Division (HCD) and Departmental executives. You must also be capable of translating the Department's system enablers of flexible, future-fit infrastructure that enables world-class healthcare throughout all key phases of project development.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar leadership role in a complex healthcare environment. You will have previous experience in leading the planning and delivery of major infrastructure programs and projects.
