Occupational Therapy at Integrated Support Solutions

Our team of Occupational Therapists combined have a long history of working within the disability sector. As such, our therapists have particular interest in Neurological Conditions and Rehab for Amputees, as well as working collaboratively to resolve complex presentations. 

We love Functional Capacity Assessments, Specialist Disability Accommodation (Assessments & Reports), Capacity Building Rehabilitation, Assistive Technology Prescription, Sensory Assessments, and Home Modifications.

A little about you

  • 3+ years as an Occupational Therapist, tertiary qualified with AHPRA registration.
  • Effective time management, caseload management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong NDIS and NDIS Commission knowledge and process.
  • Familiarity with Capacity building, Home Mods, AT process', equipment prescription.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (no older than 12 months).
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Possession of a valid WA C or A-Class driver’s license.

Desirable (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)

  • Australian citizenship or a permanent resident of Australia
  • Interest in the Justice System and/or Complex Mental Health
  • Exp. in Mid- and High-cost AT assessment
  • Exp. in NDIS Housing Assessments
  • Exp. supporting the rights, needs, and requirements of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Current knowledge of legislation and other regulatory requirements in areas of equality, disability services, and occupational health and safety.

Integrated Support Solutions WA is an established community-based organisation providing support to participants of the NDIS throughout the Perth Metropolitan area. 

Working in partnership with participants, families, and other formal and informal supports, we offer a multidisciplinary team that provides a strong clinical and collaborative approach to delivering high-quality community rehabilitation and capacity-building services to NDIS participants.
