LOCATION: genU Support Hub, Highton (Geelong)
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time, Ongoing
PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (negotiable - commensurate with experience) + 11% superannuation
NOT FOR PROFIT: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2649 pa

Are you experienced in SAP payroll operations and passionate about continuous improvement? genU are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to join our team in an ongoing capacity.
As a key member of our People & Culture division, the Payroll Officer is responsible for ensuring on-time and accurate payment for the 4000+ genU employees.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • On time and accurate payment of organisational payrolls
  • Respond to payroll queries via email and tickets
  • Calculation of overpayments and wage adjustments
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Assistance with process improvement

This is a full-time, ongoing role based at genU's Support Hub in Geelong. Flexible and hybrid work arrangements are available.

About You?
Our ideal Payroll Officer will be a collaborative team member with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Essential:
  • Significant and recent experience using SAP for payroll operations;
  • Proficient user of technology including HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong organisation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.
