The inpatient Unit is going through an exciting period of transition, so are looking for motivated, enthusiastic contemporary leaders to become part of the dedicated team redesigning our health care service delivery model. We need people like you to be part of the excitement in continuing and embedding the implementation of Safewards across inpatient services and to better position us to meet the emerging challenges and demands of patient care into the next decade.
Effectively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Group within CQMHAODS and to lead a strong support team to deliver contemporary mental health inpatient services.
You will coordinate all operational components of the Adult Inpatient Unit and Older Persons Acute Inpatient Service, with the support of a strong team of Clinical Nurse Consultants, a Clinical Facilitator, Discharge Coordinator, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist ensuring exceptional individual care is delivered.
