On Call Doctor

Location:Marie Curie Hospice, Edinburgh

Salary:Remuneration as per pan-Lothian palliative medicine agreed on-call doctor rates.

Current standby rates are detailed in the table below, plus £31 per hour for actual work undertaken.

What we are looking for:

  • Applicants must have full GMC registration and licence to practice.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Communication skills that are sensitive to patients and carers.

The post holders will join a well-established multi-disciplinary team and join the on-call rota, providing expert medical care and support during out-of-hours periods.
