We are looking for a superintendent who is skilled in MRI to lead the team of highly skilled imaging staff, within their Women's and Paediatric's service in the heart of London. This organisation has a reputation for delivering a world-class patient experience, which is reflected in its 'Good' CQC Rating.

This Hospital is renowned across the world for its award-winning patient care to Women and Children. Due to the service you will cater from ages 0 – 18 years. This service is part of a larger organisation that is a leader in the private healthcare sector. Services cover anything from MSK procedures to more complex cardiac and oncology services. Who are we looking for?

You will be an HCPC registered Radiographer, who has experience within the UK's Private Healthcare service or NHS services. Due to the nature of the role, it is paramount to have experience within MRI, ideally, you will also have experience within an additional modality, however, this is desired and not a requirement.

The role is split between operational and clinical duties. Operation responsibilities include Performance management, Clinical Governance and ensuring the department is in line with all the relevant compliance. Alongside this, you showcase your clinical skills and set the expectation within the team of what an outstanding patient experience looks like.

You will either be a Lead or Superintendent Radiographer who is looking to take the next step in your career and is looking for a change and an opportunity to enhance your skillset further. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled medical personnel.

As part of the Imaging Senior Management team, you will support the Imaging Services manager and Hospital Manager in the delivery of business objectives within the departments and the wider organisation. The role is 37. 5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with the service being open 08:00 am – 08:00 pm. A typical shift pattern would either be 09:00 am – 17:00 pm or 08:00 am – 18:00 pm With no weekends and no on-call!

Requirements

  • HCPC Registered
  • Extensive MRI experience
  • Experience with CT and Xray, desired not essential
  • Experience leading a team of Imaging staff
  • Recent experience within the UK's Private Healthcare service of NHS
