About the Role:
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will be responsible for providing operational management in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager (NG7) of Central Staffing Unit. In supporting the NUM, the ANUM provides leadership and direction to Nursing/Midwifery staff and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of safe, quality and cost-effective nursing care consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within the Central Staffing Unit.
