4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with this award winning Not-for-Profit organisation that provides primary and community health, Home care and residential aged care in the North-West of Melbourne. Be part of a high experienced, friendly and multi-disciplinary team.
The role

The roles include delivering therapy under My Aged Care funding and includes a large component of Home Care Package funding (HCP). The OT and Physio teams work within a larger allied health team delivering multiple services, disability and aged care. The work varies between both in centre and in home therapy. 
Qualifications / Essentials

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • AHPRA registration
  • National Police Check OR National NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • National Police Check OR National NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current season Influenza vaccination
  • Current COVID vaccination
