Also known as the Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (Echocardiographer)you will undertake best practice delivery of a wide range of echocardiography procedures.

Ourechocardiographyservices include bothoutpatient &inpatienttransthoracic echocardiography, exercise stress echocardiography, dobutamine stress echocardiography& assistingwithtransoesophagealechocardiography& contrast studies.

What you’ll do:

• You will report directly to the Lead Specialist Cardiac Physiologist for echocardiography & work close with our team of cardiologists.
• You will undertake best practice delivery of a wide range of echocardiography procedures.
• The role will also involve a range of other support functions assigned by the clinical services manager for the effective operation of the clinical services unit.

Who you are:

• You have a post graduate qualification in the field of cardiac ultrasound
• A current registration with Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
• You possess sound clinical skills in the field of echocardiography
• Excellent interpersonal & patient care skills withtheability toshowafriendlyand professional approach
• You are committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of developments in cardiac ultrasound techniques
• Current Australian Driver’s License and flexibility to work at various local clinics.
