Tutor/Senior Sonographer

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior/Tutor Sonographer to join our team and help lead our Sonographer development program across Western Australia. Based inBusselton or Eaton , the role will play a key part in Capital Radiology's vision to become the diagnostic medical imaging specialists of choice across the state.

As a Senior Sonographer you will work with the Chief Sonographer and State Manager to deliver high-quality ultrasound procedures as well as contributing towards clinical teaching, oversight and leadership for our ultrasound trainees.

The position has the ability to be a hybrid position of both supervisory and scanning if interested, or focused on one area over the other depending on candidate preferences. The role will be full-time and travel to sites across the South-West of WA will be required.

You Will Have

  • ASAR registration
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a general sonographer
  • Thorough knowledge of scanning techniques and anatomy
  • Experience, mentoring, tutoring or teaching students is ideal
  • A commitment to provide high quality imaging and continued professional development
  • Current BLS/CPR or ability to gain prior to commencement
