This position is ideal for an experienced Urodynamics Nurse who has ambitions for management and is ready to step into a pivotal leadership role within the operating department.
The successful candidate will excel in collaborative work and be adept at consulting with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOSs) to drive best practices and enhance patient outcomes.
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising human and equipment resources.
You will also bring;
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from$53.22 - $54.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager gr1-gr3) (FTE $105,164.80 - $108,636.84)
