Our Practice:

Beachmere Dental is a well-established, family owned dental practice in the warm and welcoming coastal town of Moreton Bay, close to Bribie Island and just north of Brisbane. It’s a busy 3 chair practice using D4W software, with a great team and patient centric vision. Just look at our five star google reviews!

Our Team:
We are committed to having a happy team who equally contribute to success. We want every member to love what they do and feel appreciated and valued. We currently have 3 highly experienced Dentists, and 5 auxiliary staff members who are crossed trained in dental assisting and reception. We also have a Dental Prosthetist who operates from our practice 1 day per week and a visiting Implant Specialist, who is happy to provide mentorship.

We are lucky in that we attract friendly, happy patients who enjoy the high-level of customer service we offer and take pride in. Our patients have been with us for years and have developed familiar, friendly relationships with us. They love to have a chat and have that social element to their interactions with us. We continue to attract a high flow of new patients through word of mouth, growth in the area and savvy marketing.

Our Technology:
Our modern practice is well equipped with state of the art technology – including intra-oral cameras, Rotary Endo, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, an OPG machine, ambidextrous chairs, and a CEREC crown milling machine – making us the only practice in the region that can offer same day crowns!

The role: 
An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Dentist to join our team and grow with us! We are looking for someone with a great attitude, good clinical skills and fantastic people skills. All passionate dentists encouraged to apply - from graduates through to highly experienced. PT or FT options can be discussed.

• Hit the ground running with full books, including access to existing patient database and high flow of new patients.
• Be respected for your skills and expertise to work autonomously whilst having access to mentoring, training and development.
• Be appreciated for your contribution to the practice running profitably and be able to track your own performance and patient needs through our advanced interactive live Analytics Dashboard.

About you:
You will be a passionate and motivated Dentist who truly loves what you do, and your patients. You are professional and friendly and have the genuine ability to cultivate long-term patient relationships.

• Hold current AHPRA registration
• Competent in all in all forms of restorative dentistry and emergency care
• Excellent infection control knowledge & practices
• Passionate about delivering the highest standards of patient care
• Comfortable explaining dental treatments in simple terms to support patient understanding
• Advantageous, though not compulsory - advanced expertise across other areas of interest
