Our Social Workers work in hospital and community facilities across Gladstone, Biloela, Emerald, Capricorn Coast and Rockhampton regions.
The Social Worker is responsible for providing clinical social work services, as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Work areas may be variable, so there is a chance of travel across CQHHS providing Social Work skills.
