Principal Designer/CDM Advisor

£40,000 to £60,000

My Client are a multidiscipline practice of professional and construction consultants.

The successful candidate will have the relevant experience to be able to undertake the Principal Designer/CDM Advisor role.

You will plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase taking account of relevant information (such as an existing health and safety file) that might affect design work carried out both before and after the construction phase has started.

The role involves the delivery of services to clients within agreed timescales and budgets and managing key client relationships.

The role requires the PD to have knowledge of Construction Design and Management
