Health and Safety, CITB Trainer

Location: Castleford-based with frequent travel to customer locations and occasional nights away from home.

Salary: £55,000 per annum.

Our client are expanding their Training Division and actively seeking a dedicated Health and Safety and CITB Trainer with Manufacturing Experience. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of Health and Safety and CITB courses, including NEBOSH and bespoke client-specific programs, both on-site and in office.
• Develop engaging training materials and resources tailored to the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of training content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods, incorporating feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
• Travel to on-site locations as required, delivering exceptional training experiences and representing the company professionally at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and procedures during training delivery, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all participants.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recognized training delivery qualification is essential.
• Extensive experience in delivering Health and Safety and CITB training, particularly within the manufacturing sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including NEBOSH and CITB requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training techniques accordingly.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in training and occupational health and safety.
