Senior Health and Safety Advisor

Due to continued expansion, Crest Nicholson are recruiting for an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Group Head of HSE, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of the Company's Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, leading our 'Be Safe' campaign and standards consistently.

To be a successful candidate, we're looking for a flexible team player with excellent communication skills with strong commercial awareness. You will engage in and promote proactive, sensible and cost-effective ways of continually improving health, safety and environmental performance.

Applicants must hold Chartered Membership of IOSH (we will consider candidates who are currently an IOSH member working towards Chartership) and have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the Construction sector. An excellent understanding of industry standards and good practice is essential. IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment membership would also be an advantage.

This role will be working across our four developments, self-regulated diary time as required.
