Senior Clinical Research Associate

Remote, UK

There's two key requirements for this position;

• 3+ years monitoring experience as a CRA at CROs minimum.
• Have worked in multiple therapeutic areas (preferably oncology and/or medical devices).

That's essentially it.

Outside of this, what's important for this role is an individual that is comfortable with added responsibility, perhaps having had experience working at a smaller CRO already (though not required).

You'll be working directly with Senior leadership within Clinical Operations (including the CEO).

You can expect some exposure to various activities within this position, including developing site management plans, both on-site & virtual/remote visits through qualification to close-out, co-monitoring for quality & data backlogs, training of junior colleagues, and more.

Perfect if you're looking to develop your skillset from the standard CRA role.

If you're planning on stepping into a CTM/Project Manager role, again this is an opportunity to hone your skills before making that transition.
