Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading provider of support services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour, with a remit to recruit for a new Multi - Site Registered Manager to oversee Supported Living and Domiciliary services around Taunton and Yeovil.


Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Multi - Site Registered Manager to oversee the running of these services. The Multi - Site Registered Manager will be responsible for motivating a staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with Complex Needs ranging from, Severe Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.


As the Multi - Site Registered Manager, you will also hold the CQC Registration as a whole for the Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services, experience in achieving a successful and Good rated inspection is highly desirable.


Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of managing Supported Living and Domiciliary services
  • Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different needs
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC
  • Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual
  • Good links with the Local Authority
  • NVQ Level 5 or RMA as a qualification
