Registered Manager

We are looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join a new home/ possible joint application and overlook the Ofsted registration. ( we have 2 properties on the same road and already have planning for both of them). If we find 2 great RMs or Deputys that have previous experience in opening a new service, we will do individual applications instead of joint.


Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience


Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire - the job is advertised in this area so we can reach more potential applicants but both sites are in Wisbech. Once both houses are up and running we will open more in and around as well.


Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

I only want an RM/Deputy with experience in opening a new service, so you should know everything the jobs requires. We have already obtained planning for both properties, so we will need the RM to support with the Ofsted application. An Nominated Individual and Deputy will need to be hired.

Once these two properties are up and running we are planning on opening a few more this year within one hour distance so there will be other opportunities for the right person.

Requirements


  • Recent experience working as a Children's Home Registered Manager in a Children's Home.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification).
  • Level 4 Diploma for Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (or equivalent qualification).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
