About Us: Clinical 24 is a well-established healthcare agency operating across England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and now in Northern Ireland. We specialize in providing high-quality healthcare services to individuals in their own homes. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Registered Manager to help manage and grow our existing workforce.


Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and an active NMC pin will be required to oversee our dom care and nursing agency licenses.


Key responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coordinate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet our high standards of care.
  • Manage and maintain nursing agency and domiciliary care licenses, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including RQIA.
  • Experience in complex care, such as mental health, learning disabilities, and autism is required. While clinical complexity is not mandatory, candidates should be comfortable addressing these issues.
  • Prioritize the provision of care in client homes or supported living environments, with a secondary preference of experience in nursing homes and care homes.
  • Maintain an active Access NI clearance.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of our workforce, helping to build out our team and participating in the interview process.
  • Update and maintain agency policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and address any complaints related to the nursing agency, providing effective solutions and resolutions.


Qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, in a nursing or healthcare capacity.
  • Active NMC pin required.
  • Ideally experience within a nursing agency and domiciliary capacity.
  • Active Access NI clearance certificate.
  • Safeguarding Champion.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and coordinating a team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly related to healthcare and nursing agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude towards work.
