In this permanent full-time opportunity based in East Melbourne, you will be responsible for supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and assisting in the overall clinical management and team leadership of our combined ICU, HDU and telemetry unit.

You will make an impact by:

• Leaning into the Nurse Unit Manager responsibilities where and when needed
• Leading the team through successful daily operations
• Effectively managing patient flow and adhering to clinical standards
• Overseeing the delivery of safe, evidence-based, person-centred care

Located in East Melbourne, close to public transport and the CBD, Epworth Freemasons provides a range of world-class health services. The annual salary range for full time ANUM – AUD $105,083 - $108,521.92 + super + entitlements ,depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
