About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a 6+ years PQECorporate/Commercial Senior Associate to work as part of ourcollegiate and highly regarded commercial healthcare team led byLucille Scomazzon, Angela Wood and Aaron Kloczko, leading lawyersin the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have solidexperience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and generalcommercial advice work. Experience in or advising thehealthcare sector or other regulated sector is ideal, but a desireto be part of, and contributing to, a sector facing healthcare teamis essential.

About you

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience working in a corporate or commercial teamin private practice
  • Have a client-focused approach and have a keen interest inunderstanding the sector’s commercial drivers andregulatory context
  • Be confident when solving complex problems and effectivelycommunicating to others
  • Be able to demonstrate the capacity to develop clientrelationships
  • Be an independent thinker, comfortable with learning newconcepts quickly
