THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a fantastic practice that is hiring due to fast growth, busy books and taking over a senior dentist’s books in Canberra.

It's a perfect opportunity for a high-performing, enthusiastic dentist to come on board and make full use of the resources available to them – most Associates here are producing over 7 figures.

This private practice has multiple around Canberra and the ACT giving you the flexibility to base yourself in one location or work at two or more clinics close by (if you’d like to) and get access to case discussions, guidance and mentorship from a network of colleagues.

You’ll also get your hands on a diverse range of treatments due to the diversity of patients, the locations and the relatively high affluence of the population here. Treatments you can choose from major restorative, implants, All-on-4, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, surgical/extractions, veneers, cosmetic and Invisalign.

The practice has a very loyal patient base and high patient flow with a great reputation across the board.

This is a well-organised, well-run practice with a dedicated inhouse support team who are always there to help and can provide admin and marketing support.

This private practice is one of a few sites in the ACT where resources can be shared and a dedicated support office who’ll work behind the scenes admin, the books, marketing and operations.

The practice is run by growth-oriented and supportive Principal Dentist and senior clinicians who value knowledge sharing, learning and mentorship.

The practice is based in higher affluence locations in Canberra and the ACT and has a premium fee schedule. Due to the very busy books and the value of treatments performed here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, practice and earn more.

The clinic is booked out with a waiting list and there is a big investment in marketing as well as the infrastructure to optimise the patient experience.

ABOUT YOU

• You are an experienced, growth-oriented and patient-centric Dentist that prioritises patient education and providing quality care
• Ideally you are experienced in performing implants and complex dentistry (or you’ve done further studies and would like to get more hands-on experience)
• You seek stability and would like to foster a loyal and still growing patient base
• You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
• You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
