YesAbility is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team in our Osborne Park office. We provide a supportive environment centred on comprehensive, evidence-based care. Occupational Therapists within our team help individuals overcome limitations stemming from injury, illness, psychological or emotional challenges, developmental delays, or aging-related effects. They empower individuals to transition from dependence to independence while enhancing productivity, well-being, and overall quality of life.

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or Bachelor/ Master of Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures impacting the delivery of services to people with a disability.
• Current Worker Screening
• New Worker – NDIS Induction Module
• 2+ years experience in a similar role (Preferably with NDIS participants)
• Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor participant progress
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Experience delivering therapy services to children, young people and adults is desired.
• Home modification experience desired but not necessary
